HEY THERE!
Funnel: A series of landing pages that guides the lead through a sales cycle/schedule an appointment.
Landing Page: A simple website with a goal to solicit customer information in trade for a value prop.
Value Prop: Something that is low or no cost to you, that benefits the potential lead (I.E. a cheat sheet)
Headline: Short but compelling offer. (Think "how to get x without y")
Offer: Trading value for time. (Does not have to be free shit you give away)
Copy/copy writing: Painting a picture with words, create pain and solve a problem. (also bullet points)
Call to action: "CTA" is the point you solicit the customers information. ("Sign up today and save")
Campaign: Goal specific marketing plan in it entirety, from start to finish of the customer buying journey.
Opt in: When a customer provides the info you solicited.
Follow up: Usually automatically generated emails, text, voicemails and recorded calls to confirm an opt in. (This is follow up)
Long term follow up: Email or text campaigns that preserve the customer relationship and keep you in their mind.(value is important)
Social Proof: Reviews are most common, anything that proves your credibility as a business that a third party said.
Integration: Sending data (information) from one software to another software. (I.E. Your information was sent to my crm)
CRM: Customer Relationship Management tool is a software that keeps track of customers in your sales cycle. (Short and long term)
Audience: Who buys your stuff? Think about the various types of buyers, generalize them.
Avatar: Who specifically is your ideal customer? Create a detailed description of that person as a fictional character. (Get this down first, then do it for each type of buyer in your audience)
Phonesites: The very tool I used to build all of this out. (Get your free trial here and I'll give you a free 1 on 1 training call to build your first page)
AI Writer: A copy writing software to help you write creatively. (That is also accessible with the link above^)
There it is, almost all of the secret words used in this mysterious marketing space. Up sale and down sale pages are also pretty common but if you are here then you aren't there yet. They are just pages used to creatively solicit a higher ticket item for example maybe a dog training funnel will offer an advanced course at a discount after you purchased the intermediate training course. This secures two spots sold for one acquisition cost. A down sale within that same funnel example may be for a day training class after you've chosen not to buy the beginners training course. (It's really not complex, stop over thinking it)
